Questions Received Prior to Issuance of Draft RFP:

Question:

Can you suggest a link or a way to track down the primary Information Technology contractor (or subcontractor to a prime) for the current laboratory contract?

Answer:

The Laboratory does not have a primary IT contractor, this function is handled in house. However, the ANL RFP web site will contain a page which compiles a list of Potential Primary Offerors and the relevant contact information for partnering and subcontracting purposes.

Question:

You state that there is no specific EOI response format; however, do you desire the respondents to include a statement of their qualifications or do you just want a letter citing our interest and current intention to propose?

Answer:

As stated in the question DOE requires no specific format for the Expressions of Interest in RFP # DE-RP02-06CH11357. In addition, a statement of qualifications is not sought at this time.
